MRL-50D Manual Bottle Label Applicator Machine With Printing Device

MRL-50D round bottle coding labeling machine is suitable for circumferential and semi-circular labeling of various cylindrical objects, and directly coding when labeling. It is mainly used to solve the problem of difficult manual labeling operation, uneven labeling and slow speed, which can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of labeling.

Working principle
Put the product into the card-type labeling position, manually operate the pressure bar, touch the jog switch, and the sensor recognizes the label to realize the bottle rotation and the bidding action, and complete the labeling.
Operation process: start up → load the whole label into the labeling machine (wrap around) → adjust the parts → check whether it is running normally → manually put the product into the card-type labeling position → manually press the operating rod → the product rotates and Post label → labeling completed
